Bring your four-legged friends to Schuylkill River Park for a furtastic Donate-a-Palooza Halloween Bash! Proceeds will benefit dog park upkeep and the City of Elderly Love pet rescue. Enjoy food and drinks from local vendors, professional pet photos, pet adoption, and best yet: a pet Halloween costume contest!

Get ready for a fun-filled day celebrating the best of fall.

 

Join us for a day packed with 🎶 music, 🍔 food, activities, and community spirit. 

Savor delicious bites from local vendors and help us raise money with a 50/50 raffle 🎟️. Local Girl Scout Troop 93942 will also be running a pumpkin carving contest (with prizes!), and the Philadelphia Free Library will be hosting a storytime at 3 p.m.

 

Bring your family and friends, we'll supply the rest. See you there!

The Schuylkill River Farmers Market | Sundays

June - November 24, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

 

The Schuylkill River Farmers Market is a vibrant hub for fresh produce, artisanal goods, and community interaction. Held every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the North entrance to Schuylkill River Park, the market runs from June 2 through November 24. Bring your dog to the dog park and leave with a week's worth of groceries! The vendors are subject to change - find the most up-to-date vendor list here.

This year, the market welcomes Tabora Farm from Bucks County, bringing a bounty of fruit, vegetables, and an enticing array of pastries, cookies, and pretzels. Known for their dedication to quality and traditional baking methods, Tabora Farm's offerings are highly anticipated by those who appreciate high-quality, locally-sourced foods.

Joining them is Black Sheep Farm from Mickleton, New Jersey, celebrated for their organically grown vegetables and sustainable farming practices. Their presence adds a valuable source of organic options for health-conscious shoppers.

Returning favorites include Philadelphia's own Lost Bread, known for their innovative and artisanal bread varieties, and Nilaa Coffee, which brings an exceptional coffee experience with their carefully sourced beans and expert roasting techniques. The market also features a rotating selection of beer and other artisanal goods, ensuring each visit offers something new and exciting.

Whether you're searching for fresh ingredients, unique baked treats, or a great cup of coffee, the Schuylkill River Farmers Market promises a rich and satisfying experience.
