Neon Nights & Neighborhood Vibes: Party in the Park 2026!

Dust off your neon gear and get ready to glow! Join the Friends of Schuylkill River Park for our favorite night of the year—the Annual Party in the Park. On June 6th, we’re transforming Markward into a glowing oasis for a night of kid-free fun.

This isn't your typical fundraiser. Your ticket is an all-access pass to the best night in the neighborhood: open bar and delicious local eats are fully included. No wallets needed once you pass the gates—just grab a drink, find your friends, and enjoy the legendary sounds of The Panamaniacs live on stage.

A Rare Artistic Experience

This year, we are thrilled to host an En Plein Air exhibition. You’ll have the rare opportunity to view and bid on original works created by talented Philadelphia artists right here in our park. It’s a unique chance to bring a piece of Philly’s soul into your home while directly supporting the green space we all share.

The Theme: GLOW. Whether you’re rocking neon spandex, LED accessories, or a highlighter-bright blazer, we want to see you shine.

Sign up here for the weekly Farmers Market newsletter to see what vendors are coming each week and what they plan to bring.

The beloved Schuylkill River Park Farmers Market is back for another season of local flavor and community connection, kicking off Sunday, May 11th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and running weekly through the fall. Nestled just steps from the river trail and surrounded by Center City’s skyline, this Sunday staple brings together a vibrant mix of farmers, bakers, brewers, and makers for a truly Philly market experience.

This season’s lineup is a celebration of small-batch, sustainable, and downright delicious. You’ll find fresh produce and cut flowers grown with care, crusty artisan bread perfect for your weekend brunch, hand-crafted Greek pastries, locally brewed beer, and treats for your dog, too. From fresh-pressed juices to wild mushrooms and Argentine empanadas, the market is a reflection of the city’s diverse tastes and creative spirit.

Whether you're a neighborhood regular or just discovering the market for the first time, it’s the perfect place to stock your fridge, sip something new, meet your local farmers, and enjoy a slow Sunday morning in one of Philadelphia’s most scenic parks. Dogs welcome, good vibes guaranteed.

Come hungry. Leave inspired. See you Sunday!
